SHIPPING, ORDERS & RETURNS FAQ’S

SHIPPING, ORDERS AND RETURN INFORMATION

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us directly by email info@mondodesign.net.au. Your order will leave within 1-2 business days unless you are contacted. If the item is out of stock or may take longer to despatch, you will be notified via email.

SHIPPING COST AND METHOD

Your order will be sent by express post. Flat rate shipping cost is $10.50

TRACKING QUERIES

Please allow up to 3 working days before querying your parcel.

PAYMENT ACCEPTED

Payment will be accepted by either Paypal or bank deposit. Details at checkout.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an ordered is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel the order.

PACKAGING

Each item is packaged in a NO LIMITS  gift box with care instructions.  It is important to read the care instructions so that your jewellery can stay looking great for a long time.

PRODUCT CARE

All pieces are made using plated components.
Plated components can tarnish easily if they aren’t looked after. Always store your Mondo jewellery in the box you received it in. Keep all jewellery products away from water, perfume, moisturiser or hairspray, as this may cause it to discolour. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, you may do so by the following process;
You must notify MONDO DESIGN within 7 days of receiving the item by email info@mondodesign.net.au to obtain a Return ID number. You have the following options;

  • exchange it for something else.
  • provide you with a credit note.

Please note Refunds will only be made if item is faulty. Please note our refund & exchange terms & conditions below:

  • All items must be in new & unused condition, with all tags attached.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange earrings unless they have a manufacturing fault.

All returns / exchanges must be sent with the original invoice Return ID Number that you received via email. All returns / exchanges must be sent to the following address: 43 Chappell Place, East Keilor Victoria 3033.

Mondo Design is not responsible for any accessories that are not returned in new, unused & unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note: If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss proceedings. Mondo Design reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. A refund or exchange will not be issued for items which fail to meet our standards set forth above.

WARRANTY

All Mondo handmade pieces are covered by a 3 month warranty. If your item needs repair, please contact us at  info@mondodesign.net.au and we will arrange for the item to be repaired.
